Duratec has been engaged to provide a complete remediation package to the Business and Arts Building of Swinburne University.
This involves the removal of asbestos containing joint sealant, replacement of the sealant, concrete patch repair and crack repair, replacement of defective bricks and full anticarbonation coating to the concrete elements of the building.
