Oaks Embassy is located at 96 North Terrace, Adelaide. It is an 18-storey hotel/apartment complex. The building faces north onto North Terrace and has an adjacent carpark with the main entrance on the northern side. The building has been constructed with concrete floor slabs, precast concrete panels, fibre cement panels, steel cladding and aluminium framed windows to the external facades. The building was constructed in 2002. Due to age of the existing main roof waterproof coatings, it had begun to deteriorate and was due an upgrade.

  • Remove existing waterproof membrane
  • Epoxy crack repair surface defects
  • Preform concrete repair to failed bunds
  • Apply new trafficable waterproof membrane
