Chatswood Chase Sydney is a multi-storey shopping centre located in the suburb of Chatswood in Sydney’s north.
The facade consists of a number of elements across all elevations, including several aluminium composite panel-clad feature elements. These include, but are not limited to, awnings, blade walls, feature fins, picture-framing, expressed wall panels, angled-wall cladding and carpark screening.
Scope of works
- Removal of combustible aluminium composite panels on outside of building
- Installation of new, solid aluminium panels to achieve same outward appearance
- Provision of detailed design calculation, samples and shop drawings
- Coordination of access, traffic and pedestrian movement around centre operations and tenant trading hours
