The upgrade works on Shoalhaven Entertainment Centre (SEC) in Nowra NSW, reached a key milestone this week when Duratec completed the installation of a new wet fire sprinkler system throughout the centre along with significant facilitatory building works. This stage of works, combined with the recladding project that Duratec undertook last year, brings the SEC up to date with the latest fire safety standards. Although there’s no evidence of Duratec ever having been there (sometimes we like to work behind the scenes!), the works were completed within the allocated shutdown period and right on time for the first show of the 2022 season.
