Duratec is committed to enhancing the skills, capabilities and knowledge of our staff and we recognise that employee training doesn’t end with new workers.

Our business never stands still and nor should the development of our people, who are the key asset in driving our business forward. We also recognise that ongoing training is a valuable tool in increasing job satisfaction, reducing the risk of workplace accidents and promoting self-management.

An example of one of our current training programs is Certificate III in General Construction which equips our employees with the skills and knowledge to successfully perform carpentry, framework, formwork and finishing works in the civil construction industry, as well as upskilling their communication, teamwork, problem solving and planning capabilities.
