Duratec was recently awarded the South Melbourne Town Hall ‘early works’ package. This historically significant building shapes the character of the City of Port Phillip and provides a focal point for community activities and events.
The structure requires renewal and upgrade works, and Duratec has been engaged to undertake ‘early works’. This involves minor demolition and a strip-out for the main remediation works to be carried out next year. Duratec is proud to be part of this prestigious and culturally significant project.
