Duratec is pleased to announce the 100% acquisition of RGK Resources, by its wholly owned subsidiary, MEnD Consulting Pty Ltd.

RGK Resources (RGK), based in Port Kennedy, WA, was founded in 2019 and brings internationally recognised expertise in asset integrity, non-destructive testing and rope access services for both onshore and offshore assets. These services are supported by multiple National Association of Testing Authorities (NATA) and Intertek SAI Global accreditations. RGK’s technical capability and strong industry reputation complement the specialised engineering and asset management services provided by MEnD Consulting Pty Ltd (MEnD).

The strategic acquisition of RGK will strengthen MEnD’s advanced inspection, diagnostics and durability engineering capability while enhancing Duratec’s ability to deliver truly end-to-end integrated asset lifecycle solutions.

RGK’s key Operational and Management roles, will remain in place ensuring continuity for their valued staff and clients who can now anticipate a broader and wholly unique service offering and benefit from Duratec’s reach and resources.
