Duratec were engaged by Icon Water to provide concrete repair services and additional works for the LMWQCC-Screenings Hall Concrete Repair project.
Works included reviewing and assessing areas of potential slab compromise in the screening floor that had been exposed due to earlier works, establishing a safe work system within a confined space and live work environment, cleaning and epoxying exposed steel on floor surface and within penetrations of screening machines to prevent future corrosion within slab, and applying megapoxy to all vertical concrete face of openings.
